The striking form of these Thai decorative pots with hand-turned wood, finial lids, transports us to back to the jungles of South East Asia. Memories of watching the sunset over tropical jungle canopies pierced intermittently by towering golden stupas from ornate Buddhist temples.
The Lowdown
Reimagined in contrasting gloss and matt black with a hidden and almost glowing, gold-painted interior, the pot’s decorative Asian aesthetic works brilliantly in both classic and modern homes.

A great silhouette for a sideboard display in a dining room or on an eye-catching, hall console in an entrance hall. These striking and original Thai, architecturally-inspired forms are surefire conversation-starters.
The Detail
The pots are hand-turned and hand-painted in Chiangmai, northern Thailand. PLEASE NOTE: Natural splits can and do occur in the wooden lids and these are part of the handmade, rustic nature of the item alongside barely discernible marks on the matt black base, where the item has been hand-finished. The pots are available in Large – 61cm tall x 23cm diameter, or Small – 43cm tall x 19.5cm diameter. Decorative display only. Unsuitable for foodstuffs.
